| went exactly as planned and I would not have changed a thing. I actually had a great time at my own wedding and not many brides are able to say that! Your attention to detail as well as the comfort of our guests was above and beyond what was expected. We received so many wonderful compliments on your service- many people appreciated the bartenders especially. They kept up and accommodated everyone, even my sister in law who asked for a mojito. The food was so great and many guests told me they had never had better food at a wedding. Thank you so much, I would highly recommend you and Steve to anyone. The special touches you added with decor and your friendliness to our guests made it seem like we had our friends helping us, rather than a service. | Steve and Tammy Holden are amazing! Their cater our rehearsal and wedding, including entire event happen, and Steve was available staff was professional, provided great service and there was never a line for the bar! The food was to die for, both nights and at such a great cost. We did a lot of comparison shopping and this was not only the best service for the price, but the best service I have experienced. I am still in contact with Steve and Tammy a month after my wedding- I feel I made two great friends in the process. Dear Steven, I wanted to send you an e-mail saying how wonderful the evening of April 3rd went. The food was awesome! Everyone at the event was very happy with the amount of food and the quality.I was extremely happy with the staff you sent. The guys were very polite and kept the trays full for the guests. The experience shows on how well everything was orchestrated. They arrived on time and took over and I was not worried about anything! I was a little nervous because we did not get a chance to do the taste testing. But that all went away when i saw the meats and sides prepared. I cannot wait to refer you to many other people.In addition we are now thinking about doing the event over next year. Absolutely Perfect! My daughter scheduled her wedding for June 11, 2011. We live on the Chesapeake Bay and arranged through Tammy and Steve of Smokehouse Grill to cater and provide all services. The tent for 120 went up on June 9th and because of a severe storm, came down on June 10th. I called Tammy and advised that the tent had collapsed. walked in the door to inquire about Matapeake, we knew that this was destined to be where we married and these were the people that would make our visions and culinary dreams come alive! And did they ever... Not only did they arrange for the weather to be a sunny 75 degree day with the waves crashing behind our bridal party as we became man and wife, but the food was perfect as well. Everything went off as according to schedule (which Steve also helped us with the timeline). | wedding and rehearsal dinner can be stressful, but we didn't have to worry about anything withThe SmokeHouse Grill. The only thing that I wasn't sure about was whether the serving tables would be covered or not, and you took care of that. I don't hear anything negative about the tent delivery or pick-up from the hosts, the Brighams, so I assume that everything went fine on that end as well. Smokehouse Grill was very professional in their dealings with us. It was nice to be able to go to the Open House in February because that is what swayed us. | Justin, Mike, Logan and Eddie were great. Their professionalism was outstanding. They delivered on time and were all set and ready to go for the first golfers to show up. They took time to speak to everyone that approached them to answer their questions and show off the pig! Food was great and plentiful.
